Un agent de la police municipale
La « décision municipale » datée du 26 septembre dernier signée par Anges Paterne Amoussouga, secrétaire exécutif de la commune de Cotonou suspend de leur fonction les agents de la police municipale. Elle concerne principalement, ceux en service avant février 2023 où deux décrets relatifs à la police municipale ont été pris.
Les agents de la police municipale de Cotonou en service avant, les décrets n°2023-061 du 22 février 2023 « portant règles relatives à la création de la police municipale » et n°2023-062 du 22 février 2023 « portant règles statutaires communes aux agents de la police municipale sont suspendus de leur fonction. La « décision municipale » prise par Anges Paterne Amoussouga secrétaire exécutif de la mairie de Cotonou, précise que les « intéressés sont remis à la disposition de la direction des affaires administrative et financières de la mairie pour y servir. »
